Dave and Monica McGrath
Dave and Monica are long time west coasters and enjoy living, working and playing on the SUNSHINE COAST. Monica is an avid gardener in her spare time and was a director and current member of the Sechelt Garden Club. She is a home specialist and has a great deal of knowledge on home construction and costs as her father was a custom builder all his life and passed on a wealth of information to her. Dave has sold many waterfronts here on the sunshine coast ranging from islands, custom estates and even boat access only properties in the more remote areas. He also is an avid boater and enjoys spare time out on the water.
Monica has been a very successful Realtor since 1993 and Dave joined her with RE/MAX Oceanview Realty in 2003 after reaching retirement status after 45 years with the Canadian Professional Golfers’ Association. Dave and Monica have owned many homes and properties and know the value of real estate and how over time can be the best investment one can make. They have a daughter, Sarah, who also likes to golf and go boating.
Not only do they both know the SUNSHINE COAST but also many areas of the Gulf Islands from Saturna to Quadra over to Stewart Island and back down to Sechelt.
