We are writing this letter to applaud the real estate services provided by Dave McGrath to us this past summer and autumn seasons. These professional services have resulted in a very fine purchase of and investment in a waterfront jewel. Dave made this very easy, a pleasure. We dropped in unannounced one fine summer day into the RE/MAX^® Oceanview Sechelt office and were instantly placed in Dave's capable hands. After some brief research the day found us looking at prospective real estate. Transport was provided in Dave's 4x4 truck, finely appointed, which negotiated some pretty rough terrain when necessary in comfort. As the Sunshine Coast was new to us Dave was very informative on the area's highlights, history and our particular interests, outdoor pursuits. Several excursions were made by us to Langdale where we were generously picked up and driven long distances to view properties. Dave made himself available for questions and details virtually 24 hours a day by cell phone, email and land phone. He was knowledgeable about each area, property and structure, laws and regulations and was resourceful in digging up missing data. Dave was open and honest about the pitfalls as well as less obvious benefits of each location that we viewed.
